Jeff and Lisa have owned and operated tattoo and piercing shops for over 25 years. We've been immersed in the tattoo and beauty world for decades and we're excited to share it with you.
Jeff is a licensed Master piercer and Lisa is a licensed tattoo artist. Their daughter Ellie now offers Tooth Gems, and son Vann works the counter. Electric Quill is a fully licensed Oregon Tattoo and Piercing facility.
